3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, dimensions, materials, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.2 Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product is not available after you place an order, we will notify you and provide options for a refund or alternative product selection.

3.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment for all products must be made in full before delivery or installation.

3.4 Custom Orders

For custom chandelier orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the design and production process. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or installation. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Orders and Purchases

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems with your account or payment information.

4.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not indicate that your order has been accepted. We will send a separate email when your order has been accepted and is being processed.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. All payment information is securely processed through our payment processors.

5. Delivery and Installation

5.1 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on product availability and your location. Standard stock items typically ship within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders may take 8-12 weeks or longer. We will provide estimated delivery timeframes when your order is confirmed.

5.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, size, and weight of the products. These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

5.3 Installation Services

We offer professional installation services for an additional fee. Installation services must be booked at the time of purchase. Our installation team will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date and time.

5.4 Risk and Title

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the products. Title to the products remains with Ultrafinla until payment has been received in full.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

6.1 Inspection Upon Delivery

You should inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery document and reported to us within 48 hours.

6.2 Returns Policy

Stock items in new, unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom orders, special orders, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times for refunds vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

6.5 Warranties

All Ultrafinla chandeliers come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Additional details about our warranty coverage are provided with each product.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Website Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Ultrafinla or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reproduce, or distribute the website content
• Use the website for any commercial purpose
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Frame or mirror any portion of the website

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Ultrafinla during the six (6) months prior to the action giving rise to the liability.
